You do not need to add additional fluting “add on” to these orders.
These barrels have become very popular among 22lr shooters in both benchrest and NRL22-type settings. We have been adding them to 457 Elite packages with great success. Now, they’re available to you! These are .902″ straight taper barrels, 1:16tw, 5-groove, and will come threaded 1/2×28 with a thread protector. These are Bentz chamber barrels, and are set to headspace at .045″ +/- .001″ (depending on your action).These do not include shims.
Choose your length, finish, and optional fluting, and we will have it out to you in a couple of days, there are no options outside of what is listed.
NOTE: These MAY fit your CZ455. They may also require some hand-fitting. We have put them on a lot of 457s to consistent results, but on 455s there seems to be a little variance in the way that the ejector claws are cut into the bolts. We are not offering a custom fitting service on 455s at this time.

i got the 18″ straight fluted black and then a 20″ no flute silver because i loved it so much, the level of craftsmanship and material finish can’t be improved upon, the perfect fitting thread protector and seamless fit makes others feel like it came from a Russian cold stamp factory, half moa is majority of my groups at 50 with Lapua/SK and one moa with CCI and Norma,

I actually called concerned because there was no shim kit with this barrel. Spoke to them on the phone and was told they don’t need the shims and I was a little pissed… until I shot it and man I wouldn’t change a thing. I guess when it’s done right you really don’t need the shims so great job! Oh, also mine is the 20.5″ straight flute and it weighed in at about 2lbs 12oz of anyone else needs to know since I couldn’t find the weight advertised anywhere before receiving it. I would love to see one from you guys in a full 1″ diameter 23″ length heavy barrel for balancing purposes

Head space is great right out of box, but having some issues with ejecting now. So far accuracy is better than original

Heads up on these barrels. They are great barrels and shoot as well as the factory MTR barrels with great ammo. I picked up 2 of them and they both shoot the same. Sub moa is a reasonable expectation, even if we all want 1/2 moa.

Amazing barrel. Definitely the best “drop in” barrel for the CZ 457. Single hole 5 shot groups are common at 50 yards if I do my part.
