Need double hooks at the front. Sorry guys, but this is a poor design.

  2. Anonymous (verified owner) –

Great product but lacks ease of mounting it to the bag. I feel like once I have it on a bag I don’t want to take it off because of the difficulty getting it onto the mounts on the bag.

  21. JEFF (verified owner) –

I use this in partnership with my schmed to get a more stable platform for nrl22, once again great product. There are some other plates out there that do not have the bottom rail, but once again, it does everything i want.

  22. Darren L. (verified owner) –

I’ve loved all the Area419 products I’ve purchased. You can see them in my PRS build. https://youtu.be/kyonLxdYlVo?si=vs0TBw0xXaznYB9x

  23. JOSHUA FLOWERS (verified owner) –

    Works great.

  24. Greg A. (verified owner) –

The rail changer x provides multi point attachments which eliminates the use of full hands when moving in a sequence. This plate also serves as a wide base in an unattached method as well, 10/10 in my book! Again the attachment method is second to none, best on the market hands down!

  25. Ben Apple (verified owner) –

    Great product

  26. Adam Herring (verified owner) –

Best thing since sliced bread !
Shot with it at a NRL22 match and it was a game changer literally. It definitely helped build a solid position…

  27. Benjamin Apple (verified owner) –

Awesome product. The engineering is top quality.

  28. Charles Mccarty (verified owner) –

    Worked perfect

  29. Tashtemirova A. (verified owner) –

    Great!!!

  30. Dave Bush (verified owner) –

This Railchanger is awesome! With a bag mounted it creates a really solid platform to hold your rifle very stable.

  31. Anonymous (verified owner) –

I’m extremely happy with my railchanger. My chassis doesn’t have to widest footprint and I have a 3-lug bolt so upon opening my rifle tends to roll…not with the railchanger!

  32. Herman Potgieter (verified owner) –

    Brilliant

  33. Justin Denholm (verified owner) –

    .

  34. Eric B. (verified owner) –

This works as advertised! I can carry the bag with it or drop it with no hassle. The addition of the thumb rest give a great way to hold the front of the rifle without having to hold the barrel.

  35. Alex Mason (verified owner) –

    Beautiful machine work

  36. Verified Buyer (verified owner) –

Product is second to none, but so is price.

    This thing rocks!

  39. Thomas C. (verified owner) –

    Easy to use

  41. Verified Buyer (verified owner) –

    Works great with the shmedium

  42. Blaine (verified owner) –

    👍

  49. Paul B. (verified owner) –

    Super product, very solid!

  50. Eric B. (verified owner) –

Never used a bag attached to rifle set up before. But due to a shoulder issue I have decided to go this route. Looked around at some really good shooters who do use this type of set up and noticed the better ones use this piece of gear.

  51. Dylan Lamothe (verified owner) –

    Great machining and fit.

  52. Harrison P. (verified owner) –

    Perfect machining

  53. Rob Kosack (verified owner) –

Much more useful than I even anticipated. Attaching bag to rifle or using as a tac table on top of a tripod.

  54. Klint B. (verified owner) –

    Works great

    Image #1 from Klint B.

  55. SHENG FENG K. (verified owner) –

better than mini plate if you have side rail

  56. Cris (verified owner) –

As always another quality part with amazing fit and finish.

  57. Michael G. (verified owner) –

I haven’t had a chance to use this yet but the quality of the product is great!

  58. Nikolas T. (verified owner) –

product is superior to anything on the market

  59. Joshua Rizzo (verified owner) –

Pretty much the only piece of gear I need besides a tripod!

My only complaint is that the arcalock rail on the bottom doesn’t actually work with arcalock clamps because the knob doesn’t clear the bottom of this device. Seems like a good argument for a lever-actuated arcalock clamp.

  60. Brad Parmer (verified owner) –

Impressive quality of fit, function and finish. The bag locks on and stays put. Makes “all equipment in hand” no problem at all. Position to position is much more effective

  61. Louis I. (verified owner) –

You will not find another product on the market like this. Makes changing bags a breeze. Area 419 went above and beyond with this. A must for any PRS shooter.

  62. Michael S. (verified owner) –

Not sure how to use with picatinny rail

  63. John S. (verified owner) –

    Great upgrade

  64. Mike H. (verified owner) –

    Works great with the d-bag

  65. John M. (verified owner) –

    Nice wide foot print

  66. Kevin P. (verified owner) –

    Quick and easy to use

  67. Anonymous (verified owner) –

Haven’t used it at the range but seems rock solid on the rifle. Very impressed.

  68. Nathan K. (verified owner) –

Does an awesome job leveling the gun better then I can, barely have to touch the stock with the right bag combination and center point on the rifle. A bit high in price, but you get what you pay for, would highly recommend it as an edge to your competitive shooting.

  69. David C. (verified owner) –

    Quality product, well made.

  70. Carl J. (verified owner) –

I’ve been waiting on the rail changer, the bag and reel changer have worked out really really good

  78. Willard Persinger (verified owner) –

What an extremely versatile plate I love that you can hook some of the bags to it or run it on its own when needed and the Arca rail on the bottom of the plate makes it awesome when you’re transitioning to a tripod

  79. John Ives (verified owner) –

The 419 bag and rail changer works great and I was able to score great shots, better than ever. Very satisfied.

  80. TYLER (verified owner) –

    Very useful piece of kit

  81. dragos a. (verified owner) –

awesome. all you need to secure your bag

  82. Ray Riganian (verified owner) –

Excellent platform to attach a bag to it, makes a solid barricade shooting set up,again if it was me I would have put a quiet detach lever on the side instead of screw on and off, to make it faster to attach or detach.

  83. Thomas M. (verified owner) –

Haven’t tried yet but I’ve had the first edition and works great.

  84. Keenan Childs (verified owner) –

I love how it locks up tight to my game changer bag.

  85. Norman Shanley (verified owner) –

very happy with products and service for sure

  86. Juan I. (verified owner) –

  89. John Stalker (verified owner) –

Very nice machining and lockup onto the Shmedium bag is great !

  90. john moore (verified owner) –

As pictured with the thumb rest however upon receiving this it did not have it with it. For the money spent on this I am very disappointed.

    great quality

  92. Anthony Buonomo (verified owner) –

Love it, makes transitioning easier with bag attached to rifle

I use this for the first time in a three gun match off the top of the wall had a very stable position this is a great addition to my 3Gun and precision shooting competitions. And the quality cannot be beat this thing is a piece of machinery.

  94. ty curtis (verified owner) –

Incredibly modular and looking forward to my next match to put it to the test.

This thing is awesome! Aids in getting very stable off barricades!

  100. Jay O. (verified owner) –

    Works great!

  101. Jason B. (verified owner) –

This is one of the greatest ways to stabilize a PRS shooters rifle and speed up your shots by reducing time spent dealing with an unattached bag. Super easy to transition from prone to barricade and back again without spending time rigging up your bags

  102. Ryan –

Used this for the first time for the warhorse covid match and absolutly love it. The rifle feels solid on all the barricades!

  103. Derrick warren (verified owner) –

This thing is a rock solid product. It makes it a lot more stabile on a barricade and keeps you from twisting the gun. I love how the bag clamps on to it. It’s a live saver on stages where you have to move a lot.

  104. Greg (verified owner) –

BLUF- Buy this bad bear in conjunction with at least the pint size game changer. It’s a huge tool for your shooting bag.
I’ve been using the rail changer X since they first came out. I got in on the pre-order I believe. So far, it has exceeded my expectations when paired with my pint size game changer bag. The bag fits well enough on the rail that I never have to worry about it falling off. The plate itself has some great features as well:
    1) Huge increase in overall stability. There is definitely a difference with and without the plate in both stability and recoil management.
    2) The thumb stop is in a great place to index my support hand on the bag itself and make minor adjustments to the rifle.
    3) The Arca rail machined into the bottom of the plate adds versatility and options for stages that may require tripod work.

  105. Brandon Haywood –

I paired this with my sticky Pint Size Gamechanger and could see a noticeable difference in stability compared to the bag alone. When I tried competing products, I couldn’t get any better results than just the bag. The RCX is a winner in both performance and versatility.

  106. Francis Colon (verified owner) –

Only bag system I use! Rock solid stable and fast! Get a Waxed GameChanger and prepare to be amazed!
