These barrels have become very popular among 22lr shooters in both benchrest and NRL22-type settings. We have been adding them to 457 Elite packages with great success. Now, they’re available to you! These are .902″ straight taper barrels, 1:16tw, 5-groove, and will come threaded 1/2×28 with a thread protector. These are Bentz chamber barrels, and are set to headspace at .045″ +/- .001″ (depending on your action). These do not include shims.
Choose your length, finish, and optional fluting, and we will have it out to you in a couple of days, there are no options outside of what is listed.
NOTE: These MAY fit your CZ455. They may also require some hand-fitting. We have put them on a lot of 457s to consistent results, but on 455s there seems to be a little variance in the way that the ejector claws are cut into the bolts. We are not offering a custom fitting service on 455s at this time.

I’ve had mine for 3 years it still looks & shoots as good as it did the day I got it. I got the 18″ barrel & I would absolutely recommend it. Customer service was great & shipping was fast. .39 groups at 100 yards.

i got the 18″ straight fluted black and then a 20″ no flute silver because i loved it so much, the level of craftsmanship and material finish can’t be improved upon, the perfect fitting thread protector and seamless fit makes others feel like it came from a Russian cold stamp factory, half moa is majority of my groups at 50 with Lapua/SK and one moa with CCI and Norma,
(tip: try Federal auto-match bulk pack if you have a cz MTR barrel)

I actually called concerned because there was no shim kit with this barrel. Spoke to them on the phone and was told they don’t need the shims and I was a little pissed… until I shot it and man I wouldn’t change a thing. I guess when it’s done right you really don’t need the shims so great job! Oh, also mine is the 20.5″ straight flute and it weighed in at about 2lbs 12oz of anyone else needs to know since I couldn’t find the weight advertised anywhere before receiving it. I would love to see one from you guys in a full 1″ diameter 23″ length heavy barrel for balancing purposes

still need to install and break in but its almost guaranteed to be a shooter 🙂
Larry Robinson (verified owner) –
I have not shot it yet because of hurricane weather. Hopefully next week I can get out and put a couple of rounds through it.
Mark Hobson (verified owner) –
Very accurate and I really like it and would buy it again
Mark (verified owner) –
Head space is great right out of box, but having some issues with ejecting now. So far accuracy is better than original
Steve Bowman (verified owner) –
The accuracy was excellent – first 200 rds I had ejection issues but seems ok now ????
Thomas W. (verified owner) –
This barrel exceeded my expectations. I’m going to get another one at 21″.
Shane M. (verified owner) –
Easy to install and extremely accurate, wish I had another one. Will probably order another one when they get back in stock! Thanks Area 419
Edgar P. (verified owner) –
shoots great
George Wilburn (verified owner) –
No problem I love it
Isaac (verified owner) –
Unbelievable craftsmanship in their work. More then happy with my barrel. Had a few questions and called and they answered everything I needed!
Kenneth Jennings (verified owner) –
Heads up on these barrels. They are great barrels and shoot as well as the factory MTR barrels with great ammo. I picked up 2 of them and they both shoot the same. Sub moa is a reasonable expectation, even if we all want 1/2 moa.
Todd McPherson (verified owner) –
The new barrel has been excellent thanks for being there for us keep up the great work and have a great day. 👍
Joel (verified owner) –
Great barrel! I just sighted it in today at 50 yards with cci standard velocity and had no issue putting together tight 5 shot groups.
Thomas K. (verified owner) –
Shooting 1 hole groups. Best groups I have shot in my life. With inexpensive ammo.
Kelley Brown (verified owner) –
I bought one, installed on my 457 MTR. Bolt is way looser than original barrel makes me think the headspace is way bigger. What is shank length on these barrels?

Fast shipping
Edward Duplantis (verified owner) –
Absolutely beautiful machining. Flawless fit and finish. I could not be happier!
Willoughby Hill (verified owner) –
Excellent upgrade for my CZ 457 VPT
Edward R. (verified owner) –
Amazing barrel. Definitely the best “drop in” barrel for the CZ 457. Single hole 5 shot groups are common at 50 yards if I do my part.
Chance Wood (verified owner) –
Everything was amazing
