When the Maverick was introduced in 2019, it changed what a suppressor could be for match shooters. In that time it became the winningest suppressor in PRS history.
But, that wasn’t enough. Now we are taking a step forward.
With the Maverick Gen 2 we have a suppressor that is a fully welded titanium stack, carrying a magnum rating, with a HUB rear thread. This platform is quieter, while still allowing appropriate gas flow for the new Gen 2 brake to retain the same vertical control, and reduce linear recoil by approx 9% compared to the Gen 1 brake.
