ARCALOCK Sling Stud Adapter
$30.00
Internally, we codenamed this one “Stargazer” because it looks like a miniature observatory.
What does it mean for you though? A simple way to attach your sling on a rifle that’s fitted with an ARCALOCK Rail.
These adapters fit into the slots on the bottom of the Universal ARCALOCK Rails (Sorry, no provision to use this with MLOK rails) and lock themselves into the correct orientation. It’s an easy install, and a simple solution.

Great fit on my Tikka T3x CTR that has their “beavertail forend” that comes with some CTR and Varmint models. I did have to email CS as the included screw was too short to get sufficient threads with that beavertail forend on there — they shipped me a new one and it fits great.
So if you’re using a Tikka with that forend – probably want to get ahead of it on the order and have the longer screw included.
I used this with the 10″ universal rail. The screws that come with the stud are the same length as the screws that come with the rail — which makes me think they should include the longer screw by default since you’re adding thickness to the rail by adding a spacer/washer that holders the stud up to prevent it from mating with the top of the rail and the stud itself has some significant space, as well.
Since it’s designed specifically to work with the area419 dovetail rails – why not include the longer screw by default as the end-user should already have the shorter from their dovetail.
If it wasn’t for the Tikka beavertail forend, though, the screw would have been fine.
