Description

A core part of the ZERO Sizing Die design is a precision ground, full-length mandrel. Designed to provide the greatest consistency in neck tension, these were also meant to be interchangeable, allowing the reloader to select the amount of neck tension that works best for them. Our mandrels are ground 17-4PH Stainless Steel, and black nitrided for smooth and long-lasting operation.

These kits include FOUR mandrels, so when combined with the mandrel that came with your ZERO M-Series or S-Series sizing die, give you .0005 neck-tension increments from .0005 to .0025.

Kits also include one spare decap pin, just in case.

      When setting ID with a mandrel, there is definitely force involved. No good way to get the desired effect and avoid that.

      One Shot is a great product, but people tend to not use enough. You’re not spritzing the brass, you’re wetting it. Do that, and you’ll like it.

    Excellent product that you should order with your dies. The die set comes with a 0.002 neck tension size mandrel. However, if you turn your case necks you may need a one from this set to get the correct neck tension. I order these along with the dies.
